Pinchas (Eli) Raul is an associate at Cooper Erving & Savage LLP, where he practices in real property litigation and trust and estates. Eli joined the firm in March of 2025. He previously clerked at the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, Legal Aid Society, and a general practice law firm. In those positions, he focused on a wide array of legal matters spanning from protecting New York’s Medicaid system to representing landlords and tenants in housing disputes.

Eli is a 2024 summa cum laude graduate of Albany Law Schools’ accelerated J.D. program. During law school, Eli received the Deans Scholarship and was a member of the Cardozo Legal Society. He also served as an associate editor for the Albany Law Review and a teaching assistant for Real Property Law. Before attending law school, he earned his Master of Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and specialized in inspection & oversight of health services as well as investigations & operational inspection.

During his free time, Eli enjoys experimenting and tasting new recipes, hiking, and caring for house plants. He is also an active board member of his synagogue.
